How pricing works
Pricing has two parts. Your plan decides what ding can do, and your deployment decides the scale, so you only pay for the assets, monitoring points, controlled points and predictive assets you actually use.
Asset
One machine, system, piece of equipment, room, tank, vehicle or production unit that you see as a distinct item.
Monitoring point
One measured value on an asset, such as temperature, humidity, vibration, pressure, current, RPM, flow, door state or operating state.
Controlled point
One output or function you can control on its own, such as a relay, valve, pump or fan command, heater output, compressor switch or setpoint.
Predictive asset
An asset on which ding actively runs predictive analysis, such as anomaly detection, health scoring and early failure indicators.
Example
A pump with vibration, motor temperature and current sensors is 1 asset with 3 monitoring points. Add pressure and RPM, and it's still 1 asset - with 2 additional monitoring points.

Annual billing
Pay for your base plan annually and get 12 months of service for the price of 10.
Hardware & installation
Sensors, gateways, actuators, wiring, panels, installation, commissioning and travel are quoted separately, unless bundled in your offer.
Connectivity
Cellular connectivity, SIM / data plans, high-volume SMS and other third-party communication costs may be billed separately.
High-frequency data
Sub-second or sustained high-frequency cloud telemetry, very large payloads or special retention needs may require a custom data plan. Fast local processing can be used where it fits.
Data retention
Retention is defined by data resolution and duration. Long-term aggregated history is kept separately from raw data.
Availability (SLA)
Formal uptime commitments for Automate and Predict are set out in your contract.
Custom engineering
Non-standard integrations, custom control logic, bespoke dashboards, special reports and extensive model development are scoped as professional services.
Taxes
All quotes exclude VAT and other applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise in your offer.
